Who are we?
CPH Fashion Pool is a sales and distribution company working with fashion clothing, footwear and accessories in the mid-high segment.
We provide a link and a platform between designer brands and wholesale customers in Denmark and surrounding countries.
Our focus is building close and longterm relations with our customers in order to create win-win-win business for all our partners.
We strongly believe that fairness is a key element in a serious and professional partnership, and this is deeply embedded in our sales force, customer service, and management.
Our brands have been selected for their uniqueness and ability to stand out in their niche.
The products are of high quality and exclusive luxury at a commercial price level, meant to be worn 6 times a week rather than once a month.

CPH Fashion Pool was founded in 2006 and has ever since experienced solid growth. Surviving the past tough years in the industry we consider ourselves experts in solving problems rather than creating them and we look forward to continue our growth path, adding new brands and markets as time allows.
Meet our team
We have a professional and passionate sales team, based in Copenhagen and operating in all of Scandinavia. Furthermore, we have an extensive agent network, covering most of Europe. We believe in creating and maintaining long term customer relations for optimal benefit.
Our customer service answer phones, receive packages and reply emails. They process orders, track shipments and follow up on payments. They handle claims and customer requests and focus on providing fair and consistent service for all.
The key to professional distribution is making your physical collections digital. We make sure all collections in our portfolio have digital master data, including ean codes, price lists, images or drawings, and can easily be integrated for sales and ERP-systems, imagebank and webshops.
Our state-of-the-art warehouse has extensive experience with handling complex pick-and-pack issues in the fashion business. It is closely integrated with our main office IT-system, and by complete barcode control and shipment tracking, we can follow every garment on its way from factory to final destination.
Through our factoring partner, we can receive credit card payments or local bank transfers in most regions of the world. Also, with positive credit rating, we are able to offer flexible payment terms to set the best foundation for a profitable business relationship. The shipment, invoicing, and payment flow is the most important part of our machine, and we work hard to keep it running as smoothly as possible.
Together with the responsible designer or marketing department, we set a solid branding strategy, providing best possible communication of brand universe, target group and commercial results. On our local markets, we work closely together with several PR agencies, stylists and key customers to achieve maximum effect for minimum budget.
